Working at Lorien was a great first place to work as a CNA/GNA! They are very caring. A lot of hard-working employees there when I was there 3 years ago.

The place was toxic and it was ran by people who didn't care. Very cliquey. Boss didn't know maintenance but was friends with the director. Health and safety violations. If you report them then you end up in trouble. Sad really.

Terrible management, they dont help you when help is needed. If a issues comes up the DON doesnt take matters seriously and will just yell at you. Very sad! Overall I would not work for the company.

Nice place to work if you keep your nose clean, management is awesome if you are awesome! I was part time so didn't have any benefits, but I would hear that like a lot of places health care was high, for the morality it's up to you, if your moral is up beat, you can lift some one else, the pay is good depending on experience, job position, and growing in the business , and there's lot's of overtime in all dept's. The hardest part of this job is not getting attached to a resident.
