I enjoyed my time working at Philip lighting . I can truly say it was a productive yet easy work environment with not too many people in my department. Pay was good with benefits and overtime. I left for a career advancement within a clerical field of work . However if I ever decide to go back working in the wear house. I would choose to work a Philips lighting .

Not good management favoritism. Listening but not hearing the issue thats why problem never resolved. Too much hostile drama in the lab. Manager one sided, not equal.
