Very good work culture. There are enough learning opportunities for the people who want to learn. There are enough working opportunities for the people who want to try out different roles. In short, the company provides conducive environment and if you are passionate and excited, you will figure out what works for you.

Subpar training and little to no support Anonymous Employee

For starters, the training is minimal at best. I was shown the barest of basics before I even had my tools and access to do my job and was rushed in to production after a week and a half. To say the least I was not prepared to support even half the issues brought to me to resolve and personally Im not a fan of the trial by fire method of learning. \n\nThat brings me to the second major issue, support. You have a limited time to work with cases and are required to work with your leaders and second tier support except you spent most of your time waiting for responses, hunting for internal support articles, or being told to just google the answer. All of this leaving me lost and confused. \n\nFinally communication is a struggle. Since date of hire I struggle to get things answered or sent in properly because I was constantly being juggled between 3-5 points of contacts only for nothing to be completed and had to start the process over again. Its more confusing because there feels like there is no structure and youll never truly know who you need to communicate to for ever the situation need to be handled or discussed. \n\nOverall, its been frustrating, which is a shame because I was really excited for this role and thought I was going to learn new things to further my IT career but instead I feel mostly lost in the dark with no help to guide me to success.
