Overall OK place of employment. Very understanding about technical issues & medical issues. PTO is earned per pay period 2 hrs at a time. Management is very nice & accommodating. Job role itself is very mundane and boring.

Working at Procom was a great experience for me I've learned a lot thanks to my Supervisors and managers. When I first started I wanted to give up because I honestly didn't know what I was doing, My supervisor made me hang in there and helped me every step of the way and I truly appreciate the confidence they had in me. I enjoyed going to work having great conversations with my co-workers, potluck, and pizza I will miss these good people and I'm grateful for the opportunity.

It's good to start your carrier, nothing else. As soon as you'll find better job, you should switch immediately! You won't grow here. There's a lot of chaos caused by terrible management and somehow it's always technicians, who are blamed for this. There are some pros, most of co-worker's are great dudes, that will help you and I think that's the only thing that might let you stay for a little bit longer, but it you want to bring home juicy paycheck... it's not the place.
