What will be your contribution to the team?

- Work in close collaboration with the various departments of the company (consolidation, FP&A, treasury and taxation) and with all sectors of the department.

- Provide support to end users of finance on monthly, quarterly and annual closings.

- Contribute to the development of the capabilities of the Oracle CoE in terms of customer service and systems improvement.

- Deal with issues raised by finance end users and resolve them within defined SLAs.

- Document daily processes, anomalies related to EPM... applications.

- Ability to maintain and solve complex problems and work with technology and finance users to resolve issues in a timely manner.

- Document and maintain standard operating procedures and process flows.

What are we looking for?

- Knowledge of the financial services industry and financial systems.

- Understanding of financial statements and financial data.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly with regard to financial data.

- Knowledge of the forecasting and budgeting process and general financial knowledge.

- Understanding of the dependencies of the configuration of HFM and / or PBCS applications and of the interrelationships between the components.

- Knowledge of HFM and / or PBCS functionalities, and administration of metadata and business rules.

- In-depth knowledge of end user tools including SmartView and Financial Reporting.

- Ability to collaborate with others and act objectively in order to effectively solve problems and stay on track to achieve organizational goals.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Fluency in French (an asset).

Training and experience:

Bachelor's degree in accounting information systems, accounting, finance or related field and seven years of relevant experience.
