Job Description Summary
Incumbents are accountable to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and... brokers. Provide customer service to customers/brokers over the phone at a level that is consistent with Travelers of Canada quality and productivity goals. May provide answers about policies and billing for existing lines/products.
·Resolve service related inquiries and process customer calls, answer customer/broker policy and billing inquiries and assist in the handling of difficult technical scenarios.
·Proficient in broker facing systems to provide proactive broker support as well as assist co-workers in mastering these systems and sell the benefits to the brokers.
·Provide broker and internal support on information input processes.
·Handle special projects/other related assignments as delegated by manager.
·Refers situations to Underwriters, according to defined procedures within business area.
· College diploma or college level courses.
·1 year customer service or call/service center experience required.
Education, Work Experience, & Knowledge
·Competent Communication Skills.
Strong Keyboard and Systems Navigation Skills.
