Job Description


The SeService Manager manages the developments (resources and backlog), defines the non-functional requirements, the architectures of the underlying infrastructures, the SLAs, and takes into account the security constraints at the earliest. The Service Manager is supporting the Product OwnerTechnical Experts
Profile required
• Lead project to design remediation strategy and follow up with teams
• The responsibility for design, development and run of the service/product
•... Definition, sharing, evolution of the long-term service/product
• Arbitration and prioritization of technical changes in the service/product
• The definition of the service/product roadmap in accordance with the Product Owner
• Managing the backlog with the Product Owner
• Monitoring of service/product activities
• The responsibility for optimizing the costs of the service/product delivered, and its continuous improvement
• The assurance that the team is of suitable size, with the appropriate skills and realizes technological watch
• Contribution to the community of Service Managers.
• Leadership and communication
• Ability to build a vision and share it with stakeholders
• Knowledge of Cyber security, Risk & Compliance, Auditing is must
• Build managerial Report of anomaly
• Define the exception rules and conditions
• Prepare Report on remediation and monthly Remediation KPI
• Organize meetings with stake holders
• The use of Agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban
• Infrastructure Knowledge of Servers, Networking, and desktop devices
• Knowledge of OS (WIN, LINUX), NAS Shares
• Excel, python, automation, orchestration, OS and scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash)
• Open Share and Clear Text Password Vulnerability data extract from OS (WIN, LINUX), desktops, NAS )
• Knowledge of using Cloud Storage
• Application of the CI/CD development standards (Continuous Improvement / Continuous Delivery)
• Advance Excel knowledge with Analytical skills
• Experience in working with large dataset
• Good understanding of Automation/orchestration/API/Scripts
• Any degree or equivalent
• Strong experience in working with Technical as well as Business Teams
• Good knowledge of ITSM processes and Tools
• Energetic and matured and focus on collective Success
• Demonstrate commitment & Team Spirit by inspiration, exemplarity, care and sustainability
• Effective interpersonal skills in a multi-cultural team environment
• Self-starter and Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently as well as with a team of peers
• Good communication skills on both written, spoken and presentation skills
• Quick learner and proactively take ownership
• Good in coordination and communication skills
