Job Description:

Be a part of a passionate, high-performance team, driving transformation and delivering to Platform Programs, thereby enabling Philips businesses, markets and functions to perform with state-of-the-art infrastructure technology. Manage complex IT transformation projects, being responsible to deliver on time, on budget, on scope and on quality. The scope of the projects include various Philips IT Domain such as Global Security, Digital Work place, Application Life Cycle Management, Digital Networks and Cloud Migration.

As a high-performing team, we deliver the right outcome, learn and adapt by continuous improvement (LEAN), and develop (training curriculum) and adapt ourselves, to support and enable the Philips strategy to make the world healthier and more sustainable through innovation.

As Projects & Transformation team, we:
• Assure to have the right capabilities and knowledge to drive projects in Global Infrastructure Services.
• Manage the project portfolio and link it Integrated portfolio managed on IT level.
• Deliver the projects and transformations in budget, time and quality.
• Assure execution of projects is done consistent

Your responsibilities
• Your primary duty is managing and driving the delivery of the IT program and projects within budget, time, quality and agreed deliverables.
• Establishing and assuring adherence of the chosen solution direction to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements during the project execution is part of your key responsibilities.
• You formulate the project plan, in accordance with the goals and timing, set by management or the Program Manager; specifies the manning of the project, resources required, anticipated costs, risk assessment and quality standards to be used.
• You control the project budget and project progress, evaluates the project initiative on feasibility, costs/benefits, risks and added value, takes corrective actions when necessary and generates adequate reporting.
• You lead the project, within the project budget and program strategy, in terms of quality, money, time, information and organization, monitoring progress and managing external resources.
• You will contribute to the formulation of the project management maturity of the Projects & Transformation.
• You Coach and manage your own project team. With a strong drive on delivering results.
• Regular interactions with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas and/or customers are also part of the job.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or a comparable discipline.
• 8-10 years of experience as IT Project Management managing complex end to end projects
• PMP or PMI-ACP certification mandatory
• knowledge of Cloud technologies is huge plus. AWS/Azure cloud essential level certification preferable.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps way of working is prefered
• Ability to communicate clearly (oral, written, and remote) to remote audience with clear business articulation.
• Should have strong Negotiation, Leadership, Communication and planning skills.
• Thorough understanding of IT processes and project management knowledge (waterfall, Agile)
• Strong understanding of business cases and risk management processes.
• Eye for detail and strong drive for quality and following of processes; able to deal with complex problems and to present/coordinate solution proposals
• Experience in delivering projects in an international environment

• Good understanding of emerging technologies and how other enterprises are employing them to drive digital business
• Business Acumen and Enterprise Knowledge; /Strong business process knowledge to optimize project’s deliverable
• Experience in managing global projects and teams in a matrixed organization
