Job Purpose:

To manage Inventory and Invoicing functions within the Vault/Warehouse areas in Burlington Perso Centre. Function as a contributing member of Logistics team to perform various duties, such as Receiving, Invoicing, Maintaining associated records and generating necessary reports, paperwork and electronic files in accordance with required procedures, to the highest standards of accuracy and security in an HSE, security and WCE conscientious environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate inventory activities related to:
• Oracle error analysis
• Inventory reports
• Invoicing support
• Receiving inventory into the ERP system
• Cards issuance and reworks transactions error analysis
• Cycle counts Transactions error analysis
• Purchase Request creation
• Purchase Order receiving
• Assist Logistics Manager/Team Lead with maintaining inventory integrity of the Perso Centre and Warehouse in the ERP system.
• Administer inventory systems, policies, procedures, and standards for controlling the inventory within the Vault/Warehouse.
• Support and lead Logistics areas in the absence of Logistics Team Leaders when necessary. Ø Ensure all procedures are followed under the PCI security standard in the Vault Areas.
• Support all safety programs and WSIB compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all Logistics Clerks.
• Foster a high level of internal customer service within the different departments (i.e. Production, Data Processing, Customer Service, Project Management, Quality, Maintenance & Security, etc.)
• Participate in and support team in all HSE, security and 5S culture and procedures;
• Investigate and resolve any shipping/mailing/receiving and /or card issuing issues and bring them to management attention when appropriate;
• Perform daily Inventory Management activities with cards and collateral;
• Other duties and responsibilities, as required and requested.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Self-motivation and a high level of energy
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite, including Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint and experience ERP applications.
• Experience in Inventory Analysis.
• Ability to work flexible hours and flexibility to work varying shifts at least once per month
• Flexibility, dependability and adaptability with the ability to learn new concepts and procedures quickly
• Multitasking with an aptitude for solving problems creatively, independently and within a team
• Strong work ethics, sense of responsibility and confidentiality;
• Prior experience working in a team environment is a plus;
• Ability to work without constant supervision;
• Comfortable working with numbers and detail-oriented;
• Organized and have a sense of urgency;
• Ability to work during weekends when required.
• Good knowledge in Data Analysis and problem-solving skills;
