ECS is seeking a Salesforce Software Developer to work in our Stafford, VA office. Job Description: ECS has an opportunity for a mid-level Salesforce Software Developer supporting Federal customers within its Mission Systems division in Stafford, Va. In this role, you will play an important part of a dynamic project team providing technical solution design leadership and Salesforce development in support of application O&M and full lifecycle software development. You will be responsible for the overall solution architecture of the Salesforce system and major enhancements as well as the design of any new modules within the multi-org SaaS implementation while performing functional delivery on the platform.As a Salesforce Software Developer on our project team, you will be involved in the full development lifecycle from technical design to development, testing, deployment, and post deployment support. You will serve as a trusted advisor to key project stakeholders... appropriately analyzing impacts of imminent business needs and seasonal Salesforce releases to the existing system, translating those requirements in to customized solutions and services to the Salesforce environment.This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires team interaction and coordination of efforts through multiple work steams and all levels of project support.Required Skills:U.S citizenship or authorized to work for any U.S. employerBachelor's Degree; preferred study in Computer Science, Information Systems or Information Systems Management, Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Business Management, or EngineeringMust be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance7 years' experience in Information Technology, specifically in waterfall and agile SDLC methodologies and CRM software solution implementation4 years' experience in development with Web frontend technologies, including Angular JS, Javascript, HTML 5, and CSS4Demonstrated experience with Salesforce platform programming languages and technologies to include Apex, Visualforce, SQL / SOQL, and Lightning Component frameworkIn-depth knowledge of and experience with Web services, specifically REST / SOAP, JSON / XML, etc., and building integrationsExpert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, to include the platform, as well as demonstrated ability to execute declarative Salesforce application configuration to include workflows, validation rules, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder, security controls, etc.Extensive experience in proposing, assessing, and documenting business processes and wireframing system designs using architectural design principles for moderate-to-complex solutionsDemonstrated experience with CRM SaaS products as well as knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologiesEffective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in presenting, facilitating design and architectural discussions, and problem solvingExpert level experience and demonstrated skill in providing implementation guidance, architecture, development, and deployment of secure, enterprise-wide applications that deliver effective, comprehensive solutions to customers and their business outcome needsDesired Skills:Active clearance (Public Trust or higher) or ability to obtain onePossess technical knowledge based on experience and industry trends; skilled in one or more technical domainsCertified Developer (DEV-401), Platform Developer I or equivalent experienceCertified Advanced Developer (DEV-501), Platform Developer II or equivalent experienceCertified Salesforce Administrator or equivalent experienceCertified Salesforce Platform App Builder or equivalent experienceECS is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate or allow discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, citizenship, disability, veteran status or any other classification protected by federal, state, or local law.
