Voice of Customer Office (VOC) is a global team focused solely on advocating for our customers. Our team is the catalyst for creating a consistent and positive customer experience across our family of businesses that will differentiate Dell Technologies and add value to the customer relationship through greater trust , loyalty and engagement.
Within the VOC at Dell, we are looking for a Senior Advisor, Data Science to join our Customer and Partner Advocacy Ops & Entablement team. In this role you’ll collaborate with a number of key stakeholders within the sales, Operations and Services team to identify opportunities for CX Improvement and work on critical projects that drive better customer experience across the Order Journey steps.
In this role you will be responsible for :
• Responsible for enablement of CX Improvement programs
• Development of dashboard and insights that supports CX programs
• Work cross-functionally to gain buy-in, support and assistance
• Identify and document key pain points of customers and partners. Drive a summary of these points and convert them into Insights and actions
• Have the ability to create a reusable, actionable customer/partner journey map

Understanding of Dell data set primarily around sales and services data
Collecting data through means such as analyzing business results or by setting up and managing new studies
Transferring data into a new format to make it more appropriate for analysis
Creating new, experimental frameworks to collect data
Building tools to automate data collection
Searching through large data sets for usable information
Creating reports and presentations for business uses
Correlating similar data to find actionable results
Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data
Structure large data sets to find usable information
Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings
Coding skills in languages such as SQL, Python and/or R
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning and transforming techniques
Reporting and data visualization skills using software like Tableau
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with statistical software
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written/verbal communication skills
Creative, Innovative, analytical and collaborative
Ability to translate multiple inputs / information requirements and synthesize complex data I direct insights and recommendation
Highly organized , design minded and detail oriented
