The SAP SuccessFactors Services Frameworks team specializes in offering tools and capabilities those are self-service... for customers and implementation partners. These are core frameworks and functionalities those different products within SuccessFactors can use to build their capabilities for their customers. It's super exciting to see where we are headed with the whole HXM transformation in the HR space. We’re raising standards for business engagement by building our Human Resources (HR) products to focus on the admin experiences, their day, their future, and their career. We are a talented team of people located around the world to support this journey and build a strong platform.

ROLE

•Gather requirements from customers, other product managers, prospects, sales, and professional services consultants and write detailed product specifications for engineering

•Perform demand and competitive analysis in determining and prioritizing features

•Work with engineering, project managers, UX, technical writers to drive product development as per the schedules.

•Effectivity Communicate product capabilities and plans to internal and external audiences. Audience could be from both technical and non-technical background.

•Define and continuously improve End-to-End Customer Experience.

•Will be mainly responsible for defining scenarios from the end-to-end experience perspective.

•Analyze product features usages to determine future roadmap of the Product.

•Identify and approach problems with a solutions-based mindset.

•Validate delivery solution meet the customer requirement.

•Work on increases adoption of the product feature by customers and SAP partners.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

•Bachelor’s / Master degree in computer science or other engineering streams

•3+ years of experience in product management

•Experience with end-to-end product delivery

•Work autonomously & take responsibility of the assigned topics which must fit into the overall approach

•Experience in technical role with proven competence in understanding technical architecture and database for an enterprise software

•Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

•Sound written and verbal communication skills and being a team player
